  2. Well, sure, all of the above should be left to professionals. I did not attempt any of these. Other stuff, though.

    Find me a decent gelato (nothing here has the right consistency or flavor!) and I’ll tell. It’s actually v. funny.

  3. There is actually a VERY good gelato place on the Wilson side of Whole Foods in Clarendon. I used to make the stuff in MI, and this place does it right.

  4. Hey Eric. I definitely know the gelateria of which you speak, and it is very good. Something still isn’t the same, though. Perhaps the fact that I’m eating the gelato in Virginia instead of Italy?
